College Hills in San Angelo, Texas 

If you are searching for a neighborhood that is central to San Angelo's shopping district and major transportation arteries, this is the area for you.  This neighborhood is nestled between major thoroughfares of Knickerbocker and College Hills Blvd.  It boasts wide tree-lined streets, beautiful Unidad Park, and has its own Parkview Lake!  Most homes in this area were built between 1965 and 1980 and have unique characteristics of that period, as well as large trees and well developed landscaping.  Living in this area puts you within 2 miles of San Angelo's only mall, several grocery stores, a library, and even San Angelo's very own Starbucks!
